Patti Kim Gill is a producer, entrepreneur, and Founder & Ecosystem Builder behind Gill Talent Group, a union-franchised agency with offices in Chicago, Atlanta, New York, and Los Angeles. Under her leadership, the agency has become a respected force in the entertainment industry, representing diverse talent and championing women of color across multiple markets.

Patti began her career as a talent agent in Chicago, successfully placing actors in major film and television projects. With a deep understanding of both representation and production, she has since expanded her focus to building platforms that create opportunities at scale.

As the founder of Sow Good Entertainment and the visionary behind The SoFu House, a creative retreat for artists, Patti develops original content while cultivating spaces where collaboration and innovation thrive. Her work is rooted in a clear mission: to not only produce content, but to produce jobs, open doors, and move culture forward.
